Input modules/simulation parameters can be set via a yaml file.
Similarly for the output metrics: a yaml file contains a list of metrics grouped by module.
Enalbed metrics are store in csv files per module.
Metrics for a given module can be per-link or per-node.

Note: The metrics are retrieved at the end of the simulation so don't have any timestamp.
