DESERT

The nsallinone.m4 of nsmiracle is broken as it doesn't properly add the tcl path to the ns cpp flags.
Moreover the one in the desert branch is incompatible with ns-allinone due to this error:

This is because in the stripped ns-2 version there's no mobile/antenna module hence it was removed from the nsallinone.m4 file.

We should change the name of nsallinone.m4 in the desert branch and make it clear it's not compatible and fix the one in the master branch.
